7. Superman
This fun named exercise works all of your back. It looks easy, but it’s actually really hard to do. Lay down on your front, keep your legs apart, arms out but bent. Now squeeze up and hold for about 5 seconds and then relax. Repeat 3 to 5 times.

8. Kickbacks
These are a lot like leg lifts, except instead of being on your elbows and knees, you stay on your hands and knees. And just kick your leg back and up. These might seem quite easy at first. But once you do 3 sets of 15 on each leg, you’ll feel the results.
