I am a wedding planner; my working schedule very much depends on my clients’ free time to discuss their wedding planning. I ended up not having a proper meal on time and I tend to eat more after my discussion because I am too hungry. I do not have overweight problem but I am not satisfied with my shape. Due to stress and eating meal at irregular eating, my body is totally out of shape.

To fit in a wedding gown, we need to have a good figure. Every time seeing my client (bride to be) so pretty in their gown, I always have the thought that my waist is too big and my shape is not ideal. I always dream to have an S-body shape.
